Weird Owls are enemies you will find in People of Note. These are trivia fights and when you give an incorrect response the owl will disappear. In order to confront them once more, you have to undergo a certain reset procedure. This manual will show you where to locate these creatures and what you should do to restore these creatures to the world.

Arrival in the City of Pyre

You cannot make up your errors with the owls at once. The story has to be played through to the point where you have reached the city of Pyre. When there, seek a certain corner on the left side of town. There is an NPC there, who deals with these creatures. A list of all places where you have missed an owl is a good idea. That way, you can see just where to get after you have reset.

Bartering Feathers and Undoing

Your Weird Owl Feathers will be exchanged with other rewards by the NPC in Pyre. Speak to him and do your trades. Once you are through trading, he will provide you with a new service. He will enable you to reset all the owl locations in the game in Groove, at a price. After you have paid the fee you will find all the owls you have missed, in the same place as before. You can then go back to those places and redo the battles.
