In People of Note, it is a mission to locate Weird Owls that challenges what you assume about the world and how you combat. The creatures are 20 in number and concealed in various areas. Each will present you with a question pertaining to lore or mechanics. You win the battle with a Weird Owl Feather in case you get the answer right. Rewards on Collecting Feathers
