SAND: Raiders of Sophie Guide | How to Add Cannons

Fabric Scraps are an item in SAND: Raiders of Sophie that can be used to unlock upgrades on the Tech Tree. They are present early and often and it is important to know where to find them to ensure progression.

Where to Look

Fabric Scraps can be found at points of interest all over the map. They are found on smaller features such as wrecked boats and abandoned camps, but are more common on named locations and island towns. If you're looking to stock up quickly, start with the larger landmarks.

Which Crates to Open

The crate you're searching for is the Crate of Shells. It is marked with a cannon symbol on the lid. These crates are mainly used for cannon ammunition, but Fabric Scraps are made regularly. Search for all the Crate of Shells as they are one of the more reliable sources of this material.

How to Be Safe While Looting

Undead Enemies can be found in some locations, and other players might be looking for the same resources. Keep an eye on your surroundings as you move through each spot. Don't get tunnel vision on the crates, if you are surprised while stealing, you lose what you stole.
