Super Mario Bros. Vegan Power

Mario has been getting so much flak for enjoying some vegetarian delights now and then. Time and again, the man is portrayed as a tripping junkie, because he likes eating a mushroom now and then. As an accomplice in not murdering innocent and cute animals for sustenance, I think it was therefore high time(s) to shed the man in some more positive lighting. Sure, he murders an army of Koopas and Goombas, but that’s a ‘me or them’ situation; the man is fighting for justice! So, without further ado, I present to you the positive side of Super Mario’s adoration of plant life:
