Step 1: Head to the Imperial City Market District

Go straight to the Market District when you get to the Imperial City. When you spawn in the area, look for the Office of Imperial Commerce just to the left. It's easy to find and get to the building right away.

Step 2: Purchase the House

Inside, talk to the NPC, who is in charge of selling homes. They will give you a simple house in the city. It won't be fancy, but it will be helpful. The price is 2,000 gold, which is easy to get early on, even if you don't grind much.

Step 3: Claim Your New Home

After paying, you'll get a short quest leading to your new house. If you follow the quest sign, you can use the house. It doesn't look like much, but it has a lot of storage room, perfect for alchemy supplies, extra gear, or quest things you don't need to take.

Owning a house early provides several advantages: a safe storage location, a consistent fast travel point, and a small personal space to return to. This is an excellent first purchase for the price and convenience, making your early game smoother and more organized.
