The Killing Antidote Guide | All Golden Skull Statue Locations

The Killing Antidote has a number of collectibles for you to go around and, well, collect. These can range from statues to hard drives, lore-based audio files, and so on. One of these is the Golden Skull Statues. There are 20 of them, and collecting them all will give you a White Fishnet Stocking as a reward. 

Additionally, you will be able to find the wedding dress in the A5 bedroom once you collect all the collectibles. To collect the golden statues, you need to hit them with a weapon, so a gun is necessary for most of these. This guide will cover and present the exact locations of all the Golden Skull Statues.

Golden Skull Statue 1

In A1, once you unlock the double doors to the control room, you sound enter the room. However, instead of going up the stairs, look around; you’ll find a couple of stacked boxes. Behind it is the first Golden Statue

The second Golden Skull Statue is found in A1. So, when you get past the section where you need to crouch to go through a vent, you will get to a scripted event where zombies will break down the double door you just reached. Once you deal with the zombies, go through it and past the corridor; there should be a shelf on the right. The mask is hung on the wall past the shelf.

You need to get to the room with the mine detector in A1. You also need the blue keycard for this. Once you enter the room, you need to close the door from the inside. Doing so will reveal the statue behind the door.

The fourth Golden Skull Statue is found in B1, inside the corridor where the valve for turning off the fire is. Go near the end, and you’ll find a room blocked by a shelf. Look through the shelves, and you’ll spot the statue on the back wall.

The fifth Golden Skull Statue is B1. Immediately after the last statue, as you go down the path, you’ll find a T-junction. From there, turn right, and you’ll see a sealed-off office. There is a window blocking you, but you can still shoot through it.

The sixth Golden Skull Statue is also in B1. Go to the Water Supply Room, enter, and look up and back. It is on top of the door you just came through.

The seventh Golden Skull Statue is found in D2, in the Atrium. You can actually easily get it right after you turn the fire off as you enter the Atrium right after that segment. Once you enter, there should be a small room to your right. As soon as you enter, you’ll see the statue to your left.

The eighth Golden Skull Statue takes you back to B1. You need to get to the room below the water control room. Remember that you need the red key card to get into the Water Control Room. You will be stuck and need explosives to escape. When doing so, you’ll get to the room below. You’ll find it beside a pillar and a sofa. Be careful, though; the room is full of Crawlers.

You will find this one after you escape the devourer for the first time. It’ll be in E0 inside the fan access. Once you get to the fan, you’ll see the Golden Skull Statue on the right side wall, right by the fan tunnel.

The 10th statue is also in the same general area. Go through the fan, and you’ll enter a corridor. Turn right, and you should see a fence blocking the path. The Golden Skull Statue is on the wall to the right; you can shoot it through the fence.

You’ll find the 11th statue once you get to the stealth section area in E2. Near the back of the area, you’ll find a bathroom. You’ll find the Golden Skull Statue to your right in the Cubicle. It is right by the cubicle door, on the wall, so it might be a bit hard to spot.

This one is found as you get to the lower levels of the Atrium. On the lower floor in E1, you will find two fishing containers. The statue is on one of the beams holding up the walkway.

Once you get past the Atrium after you complete a small stealth portion, you will find a set of stairs taking you down into a hallway. You will see the statue on the wall as you go through the stairs.

The 14th statue is found in A1 in a Large Storeroom. So, you should naturally head that way after you get back your gear. You will come across a door that requires a red key card. Inside the door is the Large Storeroom. You might have a fight here; afterward, you’ll find the statue on the wall at the back.

You will need to get to the tunnels in B3; you also end up there naturally, usually as you go down a set of large stairs. You’ll see an opened vent. There should be a broken wall beside the vent, to its right. The statue is on the left upon entering the broken wall.

After going through the vent, you’ll be in a small storeroom. Exit the room and turn right. Make your way to the back end of the tunnel, which is basically the opposite direction to get out of the tunnel. You’ll find a tiny area separated by a wall. You’ll see the statue high up on the wall.

The 17th Golden Skull Statue, you will find this one after climbing up the ladder from the previous section and going through even more tunnels. You will eventually end up in a room with a lot of body bags inside it. You’ll find the statue on the top of the wall, near one of the corners of the room.

The 18th Golden Skull Statue is found in B2 as well. This one is inaccessible in the first playthrough as there will be a shelf blocking it. So, the only way to get this is through any subsequent playthroughs. It is found near the area to exit the tunnels, opposite the elevator. You can still try to get it in the first playthrough by shooting it; switching shoulders gives you a better chance of shooting it.

Once you get out of the tunnels, you will encounter a portion where you need to break through the cracked walls. Use an explosive to break it, and you’ll need to jump through the wall. Once you do, you should turn around. You’ll find the statue above on the ledge where you jumped from.

Golden Skull Statue 20

You’ll find the last statue on your way up from the Generator Control Room. You’ll see it right at the base of the stairs. Look up, and you’ll see a large ventilator fan on the ceiling. The statue is on one of the wings of the fan.
