The Sinking City 2 Guide | Printing House E.R.C Location

The Printing House E.R.C. Crate in The Sinking City 2 can be found shortly after entering the Printing House, but you must first obtain the E.R.C. Activator Pen from the locked A.P.H. area before returning to open the crate and claim an Inventory Expansion.  

Where to Find the Printing House E.R.C. Crate 

The Printing House E.R.C. Crate is found during Chapter 2: The Wake-Up Call. After reaching the Printing House, progress through the entrance until the floor gives way and you fall into the lower section.

When you land, look toward the right side of the room. You'll find the Emergency Relief Crate sitting nearby. However, you cannot open it yet because you still need an E.R.C. Activator Pen.  

How to Get the E.R.C. Activator Pen 

Continue through the Printing House and work your way toward the Newspaper Room. You'll eventually obtain the A.P.H. Key, which allows you to unlock the nearby A.P.H. gate. 

Go through the unlocked gate and enter the storage area. The E.R.C. Activator Pen is inside the small room beyond the gate. Pick it up before returning to the crate.  

How to Open the Printing House E.R.C. Crate 

Once you've collected the Activator Pen, backtrack through the Printing House to the room where you found the crate. 

Interact with the Printing House E.R.C. Crate and use the Activator Pen to unlock it. The pen is consumed when used, so make sure you're opening the correct crate.

The Printing House E.R.C. Crate rewards you with an Inventory Expansion, giving you more space to carry supplies throughout The Sinking City 2.
