The music puzzle in Tormented Souls can be annoying since it requires you to head back to the vinyl record to get the right tone. Fortunately, we did the heavy lifting, so you don't have to. Here's the solution.

The button combination is:

  • Left
  • Top
  • Upper Right
  • Left
  • Left
  • Top
  • Upper Right

This should cause the buttons to flash and open the hidden door.
