You probably noticed the electronically locked door requiring a floppy disk. Here's where the item is located and the solution to the door code.

The floppy disc can be found inside the Shower Room in the Service Area. You'll need to get the flashlight from the father by repairing his arm before you can access the area. You'll find the disk on the hands of one of the victims in the bathtubs.

Next, head to the warehouse in the Chapel area and use the computer. Examine the disk and look at the back. On the lower right-hand side is a switch that locks the disk and flips it. Now you can overwrite it, type the name MARTHA, and head to the office on the 2nd Floor Corridor. Here, you can insert the disk and gain access to the office.
