How to Find All Bell Bearings in Shadow of the Erdtree

Here's how to find all Bell Bearings in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree.

If you're exploring the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC in Elden Ring, you're in for a treat. This expansion is packed with new content, and one of the key things to look out for are the Bell Bearings. These items unlock a new gear and crafting materials, even let you buy infinite items that you may need for crafting. This guide will walk you through where to find each bell bearing in the DLC and what goodies they unlock.

Mushroom-Seller's Bell Bearing 1

First up, we have the Mushroom Sellar's Bell Bearing 1. This one is in the Gravesite Plains area. Starting from the Castle Front, head east and down the hill, passing through a checkpoint. Continue down the pathway on the left-hand side, under a bridge, and into a swampy area. Stick to the left and head down until you find a cave. Inside, stick to the left and go all the way through to a grace point. From here, head out into the river, loop around to the right, and go north. At a pile of bodies, turn left and head west, looping around a big rock. Use a ranged weapon to shoot down a pot on the side of the cliff, which will drop the bell bearing.

Mushroom-Seller's Bell Bearing 2

Next is the Mushroom Sellar's Bell Bearing 2. Starting from the River Cave where you found the first bell bearing, head south and parkour across the rocks to reach the River Downstream site of grace. From here, head south again and parkour onto a big stone bridge below. On the bridge, use a ranged weapon to shoot down another object, then head east to pick up the shiny it drops. If you have the downstream site of grace, you can skip some of the journey by starting there.

String-Seller's Bell Bearing

The String Seller's Bell Bearing is next. Start at the Cliff Road Terminus grace point and head south into Prospect Town. Follow the linear path, keeping walls on both sides, and you’ll see an object hanging on the cliff to the left. Shoot it down, pick up the shiny, and you’ll have the String Seller's Bell Bearing. It's a straightforward path but be cautious of any enemies along the way.

Herbalist's Bell Bearing

For the Herbalist’s Bell Bearing, start at the Pillar Path Waypoint site of grace. Head south past the dragon statues until you see a big rock on the right. Shoot down the pot hanging from the rock and pick up the bell bearing. This one is pretty close by, so you’ve probably passed it several times without noticing.

Spellmachinist's Bell Bearing

The Spellmachinist's Bell Bearing is a bit more challenging. Start at the Hinterland grace point. Follow the path up the hill, through the Shaman Village, and to the top where you’ll parkour down the cliff to reach a tower. Carefully jump off onto a balcony and descend to find the shiny with the Machinist's Bell Bearing. There are a few tricky jumps here, so take your time.

Moldmonger's Bell Bearing

Next, the Moldmonger's Bell Bearing is at the Recluses River Downstream grace point. Turn east and shoot the pot hanging from the rock. Parkour down the tombstones on the cliffside to reach the shiny in the water. This one is pretty close to the grace point, so it’s an easy grab once you shoot it down.

Greasemonger's Bell Bearing

The Greasemonger's Bell Bearing starts from the Church District High Road grace point. Head southeast, shooting a pot hanging from a cliff. Loop back around to pick up the shiny on the raised section nearby. Be wary of the dog enemies in this area; you can shoot from your mount if needed.

Igon, Moore & Ymir's Bell Bearings

The last three Bell Bearings are tied to quests, so they must be completed for them to be obtained.

Igon's Bell Bearing requires defeating Bael and finding Igon's body. From the Jagged Peak, head south into a large area where there will be two drakes fighting (if not already defeated). Head east to find Igon's body and pick up the bell bearing. This involves a bit of combat, so be prepared.

Moore's Bell Bearing is near Ilum at the end of the DLC, depending on your choices. Defeat Moore as an invader to get his armor set and bell bearing. This is one of the final steps, so it’s a good reward for reaching this point.

Finally, Ymir's Bell Bearing is in the Cathedral of Manus Meta. Complete the questline and fast travel back to the cathedral. Defeat both Yorlan and Count Ymir to obtain the bell bearing, along with his staff and armor set. This questline is quite extensive, but it offers great rewards, including a powerful summon and a unique sword.
