After gaining access to the PK Floating Fortress in the Central Loop you can access the library. It's located at the bottom of the ship left of Juan's room. Here you can find Albert and Thalia, librarians looking for specific books. Complete each mission and maintain a sympathetic outlook with Thalia to increase your relationship. Try and choose humble options as opposed to rude and Thalia will start to open up to Aiden. If done currently she'll invite Aiden back to her place.
