The New PlayStation Plus is Here

The long-awaited introduction of the updated PlayStation Plus service has finally arrived today. Let's get right to the point, and here is what this entails:

There are currently three different levels of the PlayStation Plus membership: PlayStation Plus Essential, PlayStation Plus Extra, and PlayStation Plus Premium. There has been no increase in the membership cost.

Existing PS Plus Subscribers will continue to get ALL of the features that come with their current tier. They can quickly switch to a different plan at any moment and adjust the parameters for their membership.

 

The following is a list of everything that is included with a regular PS Plus membership and everything that can be acquired by upgrading:

Essential PlayStation Plus: The existing subscription gives access to various brand-new games each month, online multiplayer, unique savings at the PlayStation Store, and more.

PlayStation Plus Extra: Along with all of the benefits of Essential  PlayStation Plus, we can access the Game Catalog, an excellent selection of hundreds of PS4 and PS5 titles. That's what we get with PlayStation Plus Extra.

PlayStation Plus Premium: All of the incredible features of PlayStation Plus Essential and Extra, in addition to VIP advantages such as unique game trials and cherished classic titles from past generations of PlayStation, are with a PlayStation Plus Premium subscription.
