Diablo III: Reaper of Souls Release Date Announced

Blizzard has confirmed that the expansion to Diablo III, Reaper of Souls, will be coming out for PC and Mac on March 25. Joining the five original heroes will be The Crusader who uses "righteous destruction" and "channels the power of divine wrath to visit retribution upon his demonic quarry". The expansion will also add new landscapes, a new city, and enemies to fight. 

Those who wish to invest $59.99 on the Digital Deluxe Edition will gain access to an exclusive helm, spectral hound minion, three additional character slots, a World of Warcraft in-game companion pet called the Treasure Goblin, and a set of StarCraft II Crusader-theme Battle.net portraits and Malthael-themed decals. A retail version will have everything that the Digital Deluxe Edition has in addition to a hardcover art-book, a Blu-ray DVD of the behind-the-scenes coverage, and a mousepad with Malthael's image on it for $79.99.
