The Division Multiplayer Trailer Features Dark Zones and Conflict
The Division 2 expanding on the Dark Zone and multiplayer combat

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 may have you cooperating with other agents during the campaign but players can engage in PvP combat if they choose to do so. With the latest trailer providing insight into the variety of multiplayer options available to the player.
The trailer showcases how multiplayer has changed from the original game. First off, The Division 2 will include 3 Dark Zones and 2 conflict areas that are organized PvP modes.
Dark Zone will function the same way, with players entering a hostile area where players can attack one another and face powerful enemies but the best items in the game. 12 players can share a zone and must extract their items before they can be used. Rouge agents will now have 3 levels and can lock pick specific crates and steal items from other players. Performing these nefarious tasks will increase your target rating.
Occupied Dark Zones will have no rules and only the strong will survive.
Conflict will have 4v4 teams earning items in its own progression system. All items earned in this mode can be used in the single-player.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 launches on March 15th with the private beta starting this February 7th.
