During your initial visit to this area, certain skills required to access some collectibles won't yet be available.

#1 – Yggdrasil Rift

You'll visit Myrkr Tunnels later in the story. To return here after completing the story, fast travel to the Mystic Gateway in Svartalfheim > Nidavellir Beach (unlocked automatically during the story). From there, take the small train up the hill to the Forge area. Once the train ride ends, follow the wooden ramp all the way to its end, where you'll see a dark hole you can climb down to re-enter the tunnels. After climbing down, turn right at the first fork and then take an immediate right again. You'll find the Yggdrasil Rift in that spot. If you're exploring this area during the story, you'll be approaching from the opposite end of the tunnel. In that case, simply continue along the story path until you reach the end of the tunnel, and then follow the same steps to locate the Rift.

#2 – Legendary Chest (Fog of Fimbulwinter – Heavy Runic Attack)

From the Yggdrasil Rift, turn around and head into the next room, where a water puzzle was solved during the story. Take the left exit, then continue straight until you reach a dead-end blocked by red vines. To clear the vines, shoot purple arrows at them and use your Chaos Blades to ignite them. Behind the vines, you'll find the legendary chest.

#3 – Nornir Chest

From the Legendary Chest, head straight back into the room you came from (the water puzzle room). In this room, take the left exit and crouch under the rocks. On the other side, you'll find the Nornir Chest, which requires you to light three glyphs on fire to unlock it.

The first glyph is located to the left of the chest. Since your Chaos Blades can't reach it directly, throw your axe at the nearby keg to spill oil, then shoot purple arrows around the area. Ignite the purple arrows with your Chaos Blades to create a chain reaction that lights the oil and the glyph.

The second glyph is to the left of the first one, across from the chest.

The third glyph is in the tunnel directly across from the chest (where you came from). It's hidden behind some wooden crates that you'll need to destroy first. Once all three glyphs are lit, the chest will unlock.
