Ubisoft is providing PC gamers the chance to play Far Cry 5 for free this weekend.
You can play the acclaimed title from May 29th until the 31st through Uplay. Preloading starts this May 27th. if you decide you want to keep the game Ubisoft is offering 75% off the title and 50% off each DLC.
Pre-load starts on May 27, and if you want more Far Cry 5 after the free weekend ends, you can purchase the Standard or Gold editions of the game for up to 75% off. You can also pick up the Deluxe Pack, Season Pass, and individual DLC’s for 50% off. Any progress you make during the free weekend will carry over to the purchased version of the game, so you can pick up right where you left off. Far Cry 5 stars a Shieff of Montana. The region of Hope County has a cult problem that you must resolve. Led by Joseph Seed the cult known as The Project at Eden's Gate has taken over the area and is using a powerful drug to manipulate the populist and imprisoning anyone who stands against them. You must stop the cult and save Hope County by destroying the Seed family's entire operation while liberating anyone under the Seed family's imprisonment.
Far Cry 5 is now available for PS4, PC, and Xbox One. It's sequel Far Cry: New Dawn is now available on the same platforms.
