MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries Blasts Onto PC Next Month

MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries is a bit over a month away. Piranha Games' upcoming shooter is set to launch on PC come December 10. Set in the year 3015, the title tasks players with rebuilding their mercenary company from the ashes while causing a hefty amount of mayhem.

You'll have to balance reputations with different factions, take on contracts to make sure your company stays afloat and build up your roster of pilots and mechs. MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries will feature "over fifty unique ‘Mech chassis and hundreds of sub-variants", which allows for plenty of choices. Parts can either be acquired from markets on different planets or from salvage; spot a shiny weapon on an opponent and you can rip it off, provided you emerge victoriously and don't wreck it in the process.

MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries will feature both single-player and co-op modes, allowing for up to 4 players to jump into the action. The end of its campaign doesn't mean you'll have to leave your mercenary company behind, as customizable missions will provide plenty of action.

MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries launches on December 10 on PC. The title will be an Epic Store Exclusive at launch.
