In attempting to chase the Ox of the Shinbakufu, Yasuke's loyalty to Lord Nobunaga is questioned, prompting a dialogue choice that determines how Yasuke frames his past, but neither determines the story's direction.

This is the guide of Yasuke's dialogue choice of his devotion to Lord Nobunaga in Assassin's Creed Shadows:

Option 1: "Lord Nobunaga Earned My Loyalty"

By selecting this option, Yasuke says that Nobunaga gave him the freedom to forge his own path, so he returned his loyalty to Nobunaga. This is a story of loyalty and trust in one another. Nakamura Tadashige replies wisely, being aware of their bond.

Option 2: "I Served Him for Personal Reasons"

If you decide to say Yasuke served Nobunaga on personal grounds, Nakamura asks why. Yasuke waves the question away and says it's not a problem. Nakamura protests that argument, proposing that the grounds do count. Despite the tension, the argument ends on the same trajectory as the other option.

While this decision doesn't affect the plot, it creates an opportunity for character development. Whether Yasuke is depicted as loyal by nature or self-serving, the scene decides how his dynamic with Nobunaga is perceived.
