In the Diving for Medicines Mission in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, you have to find the Medicine inside the Shipwreck. Swimming underwater will rapidly deplete your Breath Meter.

To stay alive, you will need to find luminous Barrels scattered across the ocean floor. You must touch the Barrels to get your Air Supply back, so you don't drown while you're underwater.

Navigating the Wreckage

To determine the correct Path, swim forward and guide your character between the North and West markers on your Compass in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced.

Keep swimming until you find a large piece of Broken Wood. In this piece of Wreckage, there is a hidden Chest. Open this container to grab some bonus Loot before proceeding to find the Medicines in the Wreckage.

Opening the Hatch

Once you have the extra Treasure, turn around and swim back toward the main Path. Look for a secret Hatch on the floor of the Wreckage. Interact with the door to open it, then swim straight down through the opening to enter the next section of the zone.

Escaping the Cave

Inside the structure, you will find your path blocked by Debris. Move the loose Board out of the way to clear a path into the Underwater Cavern to find Medicines in the Wreckage in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced.

Follow the natural tunnel forward through the Cave system. The current will take you straight to an Air Pocket where you can surface and get a breath. From here, grab the Medicines from the Chest and escape to finish the Quest.
