'Dress for Success' is one of the many missions that must be completed to earn the Golden Teppo for Naoe. To get a Kosode, complete all the mission's objectives in Assassin's Creed Shadows.

Finding The Kosode Vendor

You must enter Sakai from the northern entrance to find the vendor in Assassin's Creed Shadows. After you've crossed the Bridge, navigate through the streets until you reach the harbor.

You'll see a lot of street vendors here, but the one you're looking for will be near a tower with a maker above it. The quest will start once you interact with the vendor, who'll give you additional objectives.

Getting Silk from Pirates

You can take the boats from the harbor or swim towards the west side of Sakai Port, where you'll see a stationary boat containing the stolen Silk.

You'll need to climb the ship, kill all the pirates, or just avoid them and loot the Silk from a chest in the middle section of the boat.

Return to the Vendor

After you return to the vendor in the harbor and give back the Silk, you'll be prompted with two choices. You can pick either the Red or the Black colored Kosode. Your choice here will be permanent and can't be changed later.
