,There are six Secret Hideouts to find in Control Resonant, with one hidden in each major zone except the Underpass. These hidden areas are tucked inside ordinary businesses and require you to solve a small environmental puzzle before you can enter them.

Each Secret Hideout contains a Health Upgrade, along with additional files and lore. Finding all six also unlocks the Backroom Espionage trophy/achievement. The hideouts are not missable, so you can return to them after completing the main story.

All Secret Hideout Locations

The six Secret Hideouts can be found in the following areas:

A Secret Hideout appears as a question-mark marker on your map when you get close to its location.

Downtown Secret Hideout

The Downtown Secret Hideout is inside the Atlantis Restaurant, which can be accessed from street level.

Once inside, interact with the electrical box in the back-right corner to activate the puzzle. You then need to interact with the restaurant's appliances in the correct order:

• Radio
• Dark Coffee Maker
• White Coffee Maker
• Soda Machine
• Microwave
• Refrigerator

After interacting with everything in the correct order, the hidden wall opens. Head inside to find the Health Upgrade.

Central Secret Hideout

The Central Secret Hideout is located inside the Wear'Em & Wash'Em laundromat. If the entrance is blocked by a red barrier, follow the red lines connected to it and destroy the objects responsible for maintaining the barrier.

Inside the laundromat, examine the note before interacting with the washing machines. There are six columns, and you need to activate or deactivate the correct machines:

• Column 1: Turn on the one interactable machine.
• Column 2: Turn on both interactable machines.
• Column 3: Turn on both interactable machines.
• Column 4: Turn off all machines.
• Column 5: Leave all machines off.
• Column 6: Turn on the machine closest to the door and leave the other two off.

Once the configuration is correct, the hidden entrance opens.

West Incursion Zone Secret Hideout

Head to Urban Fresh Mart in the West Incursion Zone. Inside, interact with the cash register to enter the required code.

The correct code is:

Enter the code to open the hidden wall and gain access to the Secret Hideout and its Health Upgrade.

Evacuation Zone Secret Hideout

The Evacuation Zone hideout is located inside an art gallery. Once inside, interact with the four pillars around the room and activate the correct lights.

Use the following configuration:

• Front-left pillar: Middle light
• Back-left pillar: Left light
• Back-right pillar: Left light
• Front-right pillar: Middle light

After the correct lights are activated, the hidden door in the left corner opens. Enter the room to collect the Health Upgrade.

The Park Secret Hideout

Head to the Atlantis restaurant in The Park. Inside, interact with the cash register and enter the following code:

The correct code opens the hidden entrance, allowing you to enter the Secret Hideout and collect its Health Upgrade.

The Unknown Secret Hideout

The final Secret Hideout is inside Pulse Fitness, which has a purple sign above its entrance.

The Unknown has two opposing gravity versions, so make sure you're on the correct side of the area. If you find an art gallery instead of Pulse Fitness, rotate the gravity by 180 degrees and return to the location.

Inside the gym, interact with the equipment in this exact order:

• Treadmill — 0.5 MPH
• Bike — 15 MPH
• Vending Machine
• Treadmill — 15 MPH
• Bike — 0.5 MPH

Completing the sequence opens the final Secret Hideout.
