In Hades, collecting Ambrosia can be a lengthy process, as it is one of the rarest resources available. However, there are multiple methods you can use to get it as you progress through the game. Whether it is through Combat, Prophecies, or Trading, each option provides a path toward building your supply of this valuable item in Hades.

Completing Bounties
After you finish the game at least once, you unlock access to the Pact of Punishment. This feature lets you raise the game’s difficulty in exchange for greater rewards. You increase the challenge by enabling different Harsh Conditions, which apply various effects such as boosting enemy damage or adding other disadvantages.
Each activated condition raises the Heat level of your run, and higher Heat unlocks Bounties tied to bosses. By defeating bosses under these conditions, you gain the chance to earn Ambrosia, among other rewards, in Hades.
Defeating Bosses
During your escape attempts, you can also earn Ambrosia by defeating a particular boss duo. If you manage to beat both Theseus and Asterius, you will receive Ambrosia as part of your reward. This method ensures you have an additional opportunity to gain the resource during your runs.

Completing Prophecies
Another consistent way of gathering Ambrosia is through the Fated List of Minor Prophecies. By completing tasks listed on the Fated List, you can earn rewards tied to your progress. Across all available Prophecies, you can acquire a total of sixty-eight units of Ambrosia. Since the requirements for these Prophecies vary, this approach will take significant time and exploration of the Underworld in Hades.
Trading With The Wretched Broker
You can trade different supplies, like Ambrosia, with the Wretched Broker, who is in the House of Hades. Trading Diamonds for Ambrosia is the safest way to do it—a regular sale costs two Diamonds for one Ambrosia. The Wretched Broker will sometimes also offer one-time deals, like ten Nectar for one Ambrosia or two Titan Blood for one Ambrosia in Hades.

Trading Fish With The Head Chef
Fishing also provides a way to get Ambrosia. By catching certain fish and delivering them to the Head Chef in the House of Hades, you can trade for rewards. The specific fish that grants Ambrosia is the Bass, which can only be found in Greece. Each Bass you trade to the Head Chef will give you one unit of Ambrosia in Hades.
