Here’s a guide on how to solve the Plant & Water Puzzle in Chapter Five of Planet of Lana II.

Once you pass the new enemies, you will find a small pond. Dive into the water and grab the Underwater Block. Mui can use this to get to the other side.

When you are across, look for a strange creature. Use Mui's power on it to take control of the smaller Creature that comes out of its mouth.

Using the Water Creature

This small Creature can hold and spray water. You need to dip it into the pond first. After that, use its special ability to pour water on objects below it. To finish this puzzle, use the Creature to water four Yellow Plants. This makes them grow tall like Bamboo in Planet of Lana II.

Where to Find the Plants

The first Yellow Plant is to the right of where you found the Creature. The second one sits on the left edge of the water. You can find the third one in the middle of the Log at the very top. The last one is on the right side of that same Log at the top.

Climbing to the Exit

After all the Yellow Plants have grown, go to the left side of the pond. Climb the Bamboo to reach the higher ledge in Planet of Lana II.

Jump across the two Bamboo stalks in the center to move forward. Use the last Bamboo to reach the top area. You can have Mui go up the right side so they do not have to cross the water with you.
