Climbing The Ledges

First, look for the yellow ledges on the walls in Chapter One of Planet of Lana II. Jump onto the first one and then the second one. While you are on the wall, do a back jump to grab the ledge behind you. Do one more back jump from there to reach the high floor.

Using The Lever

Once you are at the top, walk over to the Lever. A button will show up on your screen. Press it and pull the Lever the other way. This will shut down the electricity and open the door for you in Planet of Lana II.
