You have to carefully time your moves so that you don't get caught and use the surroundings to clear the way forward in order to get to the train. You can get past the artificial guards and get on the ride by following these steps.

Evading the Crane

Head right until you see a Camera attached to a Crane. Wait for the lens to point right, then drop down and duck into the small hiding spot on your left in Planet of Lana II.

Once the Camera swings back to look left, run quickly to the right side. Drop down to the next level and keep moving deeper until you find a Door on the right. Direct Mui to the Generator above the entrance and use their power to unlock it.

Overcoming the Flying Robot

Inside, a small Flying Robot blocks the path in Chapter Seven of Planet of Lana II. Have Mui leap onto its head. When the machine floats near the next Generator, use Mui to trigger a burst that opens the second Door on your right.

Pass through the doorway and grab onto the Rope. Send Mui to the Generator located above the line and activate it. This causes the Rope to slide down and toward the right.

Boarding the Train

Swing from the Rope to the right side. Crouch down to crawl under the obstacle in your path. Keep running forward until the scene changes. After the events play out, run at full speed and jump to land safely on the Train.
