Weapon Parts show up a lot on your Tech Tree list in SAND: Raiders of Sophie, since they unlock a good number of upgrades and feed into crafting better weapons and gear as you go.

Where to Find Them

Rare Weapon Crates are what you're after, the green colored version of the regular weapon crates. Open one and you've got a good shot at finding Weapon Parts, plus weapons, ammo, and other combat supplies alongside it.

Picking the Right Locations

You can technically find Rare Weapon Crates almost anywhere, even small spots like shipwrecks. But named locations, towns and other large landmarks especially, spawn rare containers a lot more often, so that's where you'll want to spend most of your time.

Farming Efficiently

If Weapon Parts are specifically what you're after, run your expeditions through these bigger areas and go through every building you can. The more Rare Weapon Crates you open, the faster your Weapon Parts supply builds up for whatever upgrades you're working toward.
