GameStop and Amazon Make Statements Regarding Watch Dogs Bundle
In light of some bad news retailers have quickly responded, easing customers concerns.

Yesterday (10/15) Ubisoft announced that Watch Dogs would be delayed until Spring 2014. Originally planned to release on the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U, PC, Xbox One and PS4 in November, the game is a favorite for next generation consoles, even warranting a bundle.
This disappointing announcement left those who pre-ordered Watch Dogs console bundles wondering how this would affect their purchases. Game Informer contacted their parent company, GameStop, for a statement, and the company responded:
"With the news that Ubisoft has delayed the release of the highly-anticipated title Watch Dogs until next year, GameStop is contacting customers who had reserved PlayStation 4 and Xbox One bundles featuring the game. Customers can elect to keep their current bundle orders and their consoles will ship as scheduled with the game shipping separately once it is available or customers can choose another bundle to replace their current order. Customers should also note that there may be a difference in price if selecting another bundle and that all reserved orders will be charged upon shipment."
Amazon quickly responded to Ubisoft’s news, tweeting that afternoon, “Don't worry if you pre-ordered the Watch Dogs PS4 bundle, you will still be getting your PS4 based on your current delivery estimate,” and later, “More details if you pre-ordered the PS4 Watch Dogs bundle coming soon, just know that your console pre-order is still safe!”
In light of some bad news, it’s reassuring to see retailers responding so quickly and easing customers concerns. Despite the delay, the excitement for Watch Dogs remains and the game will hopefully deliver what is promised.
