Gears of War 5 Coming this September, New Trailer Features a Broken Kait

Those waiting to see how Kait is connected to the former Locust Queen won't have to wait long. With Gears of War 5 launching this September 10th.

The latest trailer shown at E3 2019, features Kait with various characters breaking out. Highlighting the mental stress she must be enduring. With one image showcasing Kait in Swarm-like body with white eyes and visible veins. The trailer ends with Kait holding the Locust medallion which was shown at the end of Gears of War 4.

The Coalition confirmed that players can play 4 days early with the Game Pass Ultimate or buying the special edition. In addition, a multiplayer tech test and new "arcade" mode will hit this July 2019. With a new Horde mode being shown at Gamescom in August.

Lastly, a Terminator: Dark Fate crossover character pack has been confirmed. No idea why but if you like Terminator and Gears of War there's something for you.

Gears of War 5 launches on September 10th for Xbox One and PC.
