The quickest and easiest way to enhance your weapon's damage output in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is to upgrade it. How to Increase Weapon Power?

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Guide, How to Increase Weapon Power?

There will be no need for you to manually level up weapons in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. Rather, their weaponry will be upgraded automatically by the game. Having a specific quantity of SP is necessary to upgrade a weapon, though.

As your characters level up, you’ll gain SP. In order to level up your group, it is recommended that you defeat several monsters out in the wild in order to collect experience. Playing through Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth's main and side quests is another fast way to level up. As there are over 30 side tasks and over 10 main chapters, you’ll have lots of chances to earn experience to level up their characters.

How Does Rebirth's Weapon Upgrading System Work?

To access Weapon Upgrades, you need to pause the game and then choose the option to Upgrade Weapons. When you get there, you can examine each weapon in greater detail by clicking on it. Consider Cloud's Sleek Saber as an example.

The Acquired Weapon Skills can be seen on the upper right side of the screen. These differ depending on the weapon. You can view the stat enhancements and unlocked talents that come with higher weapon levels below. The weapon's ability is located directly above the weapon.

To the right of each weapon's listing is a graph showing its current level and the SP needed to use it. The level stays the same regardless of the weapon you swap to, which is a major plus of this system.
