You can unlock a range of new party clothes as you play through Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth. A lot of them can be obtained during certain parts of the main story. However, there are a couple that you can get after you finish the tale through optional content. Initially, you'll only find changing booths at Costa del Sol, but now you can change the party's outfits anywhere. Once the game is over, you'll see Changing Booths in different places.

Cloud's Outfit

The "Ex-Soldier: First Class" outfit is Cloud's starting outfit. In Chapter 4, he will be given the "Midgar Infantry" outfit by default. In Chapter 6, he will be able to unlock two swimsuits. These are the "Wild Surf" and "Ocean Chocobo" outfits. You have to finish all of Cloud's "Costa del Amor" minigames before you can trade in your Companion Cards for the swimsuits. You can go to the beach and advance the plot with only one swimsuit, but you might as well get two while you're there.

Aerith's Outfits

At the start of the game, Aerith can wear her "Independent Florist" clothing. In Chapter 4, she will also be able to earn a "Midgar Infantry" uniform. In Chapter 6, Aerith, like Cloud, can acquire two swimsuits by exchanging Companion Cards and completing minigames. Both the "Floral Delight" and the "Pink Mermaid" swimsuits are her favorites.

Tifa's Outfits

Initially donning the "Pride of Seventh Heaven" garb, Tifa expands her wardrobe in Chapter 4 to include the "Midgar Infantry" attire. While hanging out at Costa del Sol with Aerith in Chapter 6, Tifa can trade in Companion Cards for two swimsuits. These swimsuits are the "Majestic Glamour" and "Shining Spirit" outfits.

Barret's Outfits

Barret only gets two outfits throughout the game, both of which are earned automatically at critical periods in the main story. At the start of the game, he wears "Avalanche Cell Leader" attire. He eventually picks up a "Midgar Navy" uniform during Chapter 4, which is a funny but stylish contrast to his typical attire.

Yuffie's Outfits

In a unique twist, Yuffie starts the game with three of her outfits unlocked. As the game progresses, her fourth outfit unlocks automatically. Joining the party gives Yuffie the green light to rock her "Summer Orange" bikini and "World's Greatest Materia Hunter" ensemble. For clandestine missions, she carries her "Moogle Hat & Cape" as well. When Yuffie visits the Gold Saucer in Chapter 8, Cait Sith gives her the wildly fashionable "Wutai Pop Star" outfit.

Cait Sith and Red XIII

Prior to the story's conclusion, neither Red XIII nor Cait Sith had access to any outfits.

Outfit Changes and Post-Game

The Final Fantasy 7 Chocobo

You can unlock more Changing Booths when you finish the story. You can use these to alter the outfits of your party while you explore the game; you can find them at every Chocobo Ranch. Once you reach the post-game, you'll be able to unlock two more outfits: one for Cait Sith and one for Red XIII.

The "Hellhound" outfit for Red XIII can be bought for 1,000 points at the Gold Saucer GP Exchange. The combination of black and red in this outfit makes him stand out. The "Court Jester" outfit is available to Cait Sith at the same price on the GP Exchange. In this getup, he ditches the crown in favor of a jester's cap and a new cape altogether.
