Capcom Confirms Ozwell Spencer and Wesker for Resident Evil Resistance

Resident Evil 3 2020 launches in a few months. And today, Capcom revealed 2 new Masterminds and maps for the game's multiplayer mode Resident Evil Resistance. Featuring returning antagonists Ozwell Spencer and Alex Wesker.

For those unaware, Alex Wesker was part of Resident Evil: Revelations 2. She's Albert Wesker's sister and according to Capcom is more indirect in her goals. She can manipulate the map and slow down survivors with roadblocks and enhanced zombies.

Ozwell Spencer was the main antagonist of the Resident Evil franchise until Resident Evil 5 when he died at Albert Wesker's hand. who founded Umbrella. In this multiplayer mode will use more direct methods such as a Disintegration Field that damages anyone who passes by.

In addition, Capcom showed off new multiplayer maps.

Casino: An entertainment facility for thrill seekers… and insidious Masterminds. Its still-operating slot machines and chips strewn across the floor tell the eerie tale of how hastily it was deserted during the collapse of Raccoon City.

Abandoned Park: A horror-themed park located on the outskirts of Raccoon City. It too was left abandoned when zombies and bioweapons overran Raccoon City. Now, monsters both real and imagined now patiently await visitors.  

Resident Evil Resistance will launch with Resident Evil 3 2020 this April 3rd for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
