Persona 5 Scramble Western Release Heavily Hinted At

Persona 5 has been one of the most successful installments in the popular JRPG franchise. Like Monter Hunter World, Persona 5 was the first game many players experienced in this long-running series. With Persona 5 Royal just releasing with updated content to the base game.
Now, according to the website Persona Central Persona 5 Scramble, a sequel to the original title, will launch in the west.
According to fiscal information, Koei Tecmo is developing the game for PS4 and Nintendo Switch. This hasn't been officially confirmed by ATLUS but a leaked survey showed that ATLUS did test the waters to see if fans would like a western release.
The Persona franchise has been reaching new audiences since Persona 5's release. With Royal reaching 1.4 million copies sold since launch and the PC port of Persona 4 Golden reaching 500,000 concurrent players.
Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is a hack and slash title currently available in JP for PS4 and Switch. It takes place months after the original game with Joker and Morgana returning to Tokyo to reunite with the Phantom Thieves with a summer camping trip. However, it's not long before things go haywire and the thieves return to the world of shadows.
