In Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced you will have to sneak into the heavily guarded camp, find a hidden key and find the prison cells to rescue the Sage. This strategy shows you a path to complete the rescue without raising the alarm.

Infiltrating the Camp

The mission starts outside an enemy camp. Use your observe tool immediately to tag the guards in the area so you can track their movements through walls. Sneak into the camp and stay entirely on the right side.

You can choose to eliminate the guards along this path or slip past them. Move around the corner to avoid two guards stationed there, then walk up the stairs.

A guard patrols around the left side of the next building. You can take him down or wait for him to walk away in Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced.

Instead of moving toward the main group of guards, look for a wall on your right. Climb over this wall and drop directly into the bushes below. There are a few guards in the area, including one that is isolated next to a chest.

Crouch down in the bushes and whistle. This will bring the guard next to the chest to you. Kill him when he gets close and loot the chest for a secret.

Tracking the Prison Key

Sneak back through the bushes to the main building. Get close to the guards there and listen to their conversation. They will mention where the prison key is located before they continue walking.

Once they clear the area, climb the wall of the main building. Use the lift contraption on the wall to get up to the rooftop quickly. Here you can safely find the Warden that has the key in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced.

Stay on the roof and follow the Warden from above. Parkour across the top of the walls to match his path. Climb up the next structure and drop down toward a ladder on the lower roof.

A guard patrols the high ledge along this path; you can jump across and eliminate him to keep the rooftops clear. Look down from the ledge near the ladder to spot the path where the Warden walks.

Getting the Key and Opening the Prison

Wait on the ledge above the ladder until the Warden walks directly underneath you. In Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, you can take him out instantly with an air assassination. If you don’t time your attack correctly, stay hidden in the area, as the Warden patrols in a loop and will return to the same spot.

Search his body for the Prison Key. Use the key to unlock the prison at the door of the nearby cell building and rescue the Sage.
