This Black Ops 6 guide walks you through the steps to complete Jane’s Scavenger Hunt and obtain the first mirror shard by solving three puzzles: Desk, Scouts, and Tea Party. While you can gather the numbers in any order, they must be entered into the chest in the exact order: Desk, Scouts, Tea Party.

Puzzle 1: Desk

Find Desk Puzzle:

Turn to the right and go into the building next to you.
Go straight to the end of the hallway, turn right, and you will find the desk at the end.

Solve the Puzzle:

Read the clue from the desk:

"Working hard, wanting more, always seek the highest score."

View the score on the desk.
The maximum score is 9, thus making the first digit a 9.

Puzzle 2: Scouts

Find Scout Puzzle:

Go out of the building, then go left.
Pass by the locked chest and go to the building on the corner.
Open the door and enter into the scout section.

Solve the Puzzle:

Read the clue in the scout area:

"Count them all, and let's begin, trophies minus badges will get the win."

Count them up:

There are 6 trophies.
There are 5 badges.
Subtract badges from trophies: 6-5=1.
The 2nd digit is 1.

Puzzle 3: Tea Party

Locate the Tea Party Puzzle:

Leave the scout building and head to the next building.
Enter and go upstairs.
Crouch or go prone to crawl under the bed and open the door leading to the tea party setup.

Solve the Puzzle:

Read the clue near the tea party setup:

"They came for tea and friendly chat; count the guests and double that."

Count the guests sitting at the tea party:

There are 4 guests.
Double the number of guests: 4 x 2 = 8.
The third number is 8.

Unlocking the Chest

Return to the Locked Chest:

Go back to the chest near the bed.

Enter the Code:

Input the numbers from the puzzles in the correct order: Desk (9), Scouts (1), Tea Party (8).

The code is 918.

Open the Chest:

The chest will open, and you’ll receive the first shard of the mirror.

Completing Jane’s Scavenger Hunt

Once you solve all three puzzles and unlock the chest, you’ll have completed Jane’s Scavenger Hunt and acquired the first of three shards needed to reassemble the mirror. The code 918 might be the same for all players, though this hasn’t been confirmed.
