Dragon Age: The Veilguard Guide | Lighthouse Statues Puzzle

Once you have completed the prologue in Dragon Age: The Veilguard, you will be placed in a lighthouse. In this introductory area, the first room that you'll stumble upon is a library, which contains more than it would appear.

You’ll see a few statues around the building. You need to work with these to solve a riddle-based puzzle. Here’s how you can do it

Where To Find the Puzzle

In the library, move right and head for a suspicious-looking door. On the palate, you'll see an inscription:

"Three beatings face to face under the sky."

Now, this looks a little vague, but it simply means you need to find three pairs of statues outside and turn them to face each other.

Find and Rotate the First Set of Statues

Head out of the lighthouse and move to your left. Move around the building until you can spot the first statue. You are going to be able to see the other one far away. As you may have realized, your goal here is to turn both statues facing each other directly. First of all, turn this first statue to face directly toward the second statue.

Next, go to the second statue and rotate it in such a manner as to make them "eye-to-eye". If everything was done properly, a green orb should appear. This should mean you have solved this pair.

Find the Second Pair of Statues

For the second, continue examining the outside of the lighthouse. One of the statues is easy to access, and the other is a bit hidden on the library's second floor. First, take the statue that is the easiest to get to and turn it toward the library.

Then, head back inside to find the second statue on the library's second floor and turn it to face the first. If done correctly, it will unlock another group of green orbs.

Find the Last Two Statues

The last two are above the library doors. They only have to face one another and nothing else. A set of green orbs should reappear once it's correctly in place. If you see that, you can be sure that the complete puzzle is solved.

Work Your Way Back to the Library

When you’ve got all three pairs aligned, head back to the library. You'll notice a set of orbs that highlight a previously locked door, which is now open. Inside, you'll find a hidden music room with one of the lighthouse's special treasure chests.

Inside the music room, you can find some pretty good rewards. It’s a frost-themed treasure chest. This is one of two rare chests you can find in the lighthouse.
