Here’s a guide on how to complete the Ancient Aqueduct Challenge Tomb in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

To finish the Ancient Aqueduct Challenge Tomb in Shadow Of The Tomb Raider, go to the east side of Paititi near the bridge that leads to the prison.

Jump off the cliff to the north to find the door and swim through the tunnel under the water. Get out and climb the wall to find the Relic - Primitive Doll before moving into the next room.

Finding The Aqueduct

Jump into the water and dive down to grab a Resource Container. Get out on the far side of the room to pick up a Survival Cache. Climb the wall to get to the higher floor and look at the Mural - Ancient Aqueduct in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

After you stop at the Subterranean River Base Camp, jump back into the water. Look at the bottom for a Survival Cache near some Gold Ore, then climb out on the other side.

Moving The Water

You need to get to the top of the building. Start by jumping in the water and pushing the wooden raft around the corner. Tie a rope from the raft to the wooden door covered in rope.

Climb out of the water and pull the lever. This fills the room with water and pulls the door open. Dive in and swim through the tunnel, clearing away any junk in your way.

In the next room, swim forward and use your tool on the lever to the left of the gate to let the water out. Pull down the wooden barrier that leads back to the first room in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Some Yaaxil enemies will jump out and attack you from the other room, so take them out fast. Once they are gone, pull the raft into this second room and park it near the gate you just drained.

Climbing Higher

Go back to the first room and pull the lever again to raise the water. Swim back into the second room and hop onto your raft. If you parked it in the right spot, you can use it to jump up to the ledge above the gate.

Get ready because more Yaaxil will attack you here. After the fight, pull the lever on this upper floor to make the water go even higher. The raft will float up, and the water will push it toward a shallow spot on the right where you can find a Resource Container.

The Waterwheel Puzzle

Stand on the raft and look at the big waterwheel in the corner. Tie a rope from your raft to the spinning pole of the wheel. This pulls the raft closer to the wheel so you can climb up the wall to reach it in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Stand by the spinning pole and look up to find a heavy weight covered in rope. Tie that weight to the spinning pole. Some more Yaaxil will show up to fight you.

Look to the left of the hanging platform to see a tall tower. You have to move fast now. Use the raft to reach the wheel pole and tie the weight to it.

This starts a timer. Quickly jump into the water and swim to the raft so you can jump onto the tower. Climb to the top of the tower and jump onto the platform while it is still raised. This lets you reach the very top of the aqueduct, where you can grab the Skill: Jaguar's Paw.
