In Shadow of the Tomb Raider, you have to go to the middle of the Cenote to finish the San Cordoba Challenge Tomb. Near the opening to an underwater tunnel, you should look for some salvage and a survival cache.

Swim through this tunnel and stay alert for a Moray Eel. You will find an air pocket and a Resource Container nearby. Keep moving through the water until the current pushes you into a fresh area in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Reaching The Shipwreck

Get out of the water and climb the wall. Jump over to a ledge on your right to find solid ground. Crawl through a small tunnel and jump into the water below to grab more Salvage and a Resource Container.

Once you dry off, you can rest at the Collapsed Temple Base Camp. Squeeze through the narrow path ahead and look around the room to find Salvage, the Relic - Primitive Doll, and a Survival Cache.

Walk over to the cannon and move the cart out of the way. Push the cannon down the ramp so it smashes through the wooden barrier.

Once you see the old Spanish ship, jump into the water. Look around for a Survival Cache and then swim to the far side of the boat. You will find a wooden raft tucked in a corner near the shore. Kick it into the water and use it as a platform to climb onto the deck.

Breaking Into The Captain’s Quarters

Walk across the deck and head down the stairs. Jump off the other side of the ship into the water to find the Relic - Rusty Sword. Climb the ladder to get back to the back of the ship. There is a lever here; turn it to move a cannon over the top of the captain's room

Head downstairs and dive into the water to find a Resource Container. Pry open the underwater gate to swim to the other side of the hull. Climb out, grab another Resource Container, and use the ledges on the side of the ship to climb up. Jump and swing your way across the walls until you reach the front of the ship.

There is a lever at the front, but it is stuck because the boom is tied down. To fix this, jump from the wooden beam sticking out of the ship's side and grapple onto the rock wall in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Climb up to find some Salvage. Jump over to the front mast and use your tool to break the winch. This will release the boom.

Climbing Section

Cross the beam and climb up to the sail to get back to the cave wall. You can get Salvage, Jade Ore, and a Resource Container here. Jump to the next rock wall, then go down to the boom and drop down to the floor. The handle can now be used to turn the boom arm.

Go to the other side of the mast and climb onto a crate. Jump to the boom and then leap over to the hanging crate in Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

From there, jump to the middle mast and climb up. Break the winch holding the cannon in place. The cannon will fall through the deck and open the way to the captain’s room. Go inside to collect the Document - Captain’s Note, two pieces of Gold Ore, and your reward, the Skill: Caiman’s Breath II.
