Soul Trap Spell Location

You must come to Chorrol, which is northwest of the central city. Head to the Mages Guild there. It's not certain if you've got to be a member, but you can join the Mages Guild at any major guild in the game. Talk to one of the guild leaders, and you'll be good to go.

Finding the Spell

You're looking for a specific NPC called Alberic Little when you're inside. Make sure you come during the day to ensure they're awake. Find this particular mage, go to the purchase spells option, and you will see the soul trap spell there for 360 gold.
