As you're playing throughout The First Berserker: Khazan, you're going to tackle a lot of enemies and complete many stages. Still, one thing the game doesn't tell you very quickly is that you'll also be racking up another way to build up your character whilst you're doing this, which will be with your vengeance points.

This guide will show you how to get and use vengeance points nicely and efficiently in The First Berserker: Khazan.

Access Vengeance Points

Go to one of your Blade Nexus and click on Khazan's memories. At the top, you can see how many Vengeance points you have.

Claim Vengeance Points

When you view one of the missions you've done or are progressing into, if a memory node is not highlighted, it will be grey, meaning you can't claim it yet. If it's red, you can claim it because you've done everything needed within that mission.

Most times, grey nodes indicate you're missing a collectible item within the mission, so you have to go in and look for something you've missed—these items should be glowing most of the time, so they're often hard to miss.

Accumulate Vengeance Points

When you have the items you need and the points from each task, the game will add them to your total. They don't add up until you do them.

Spend Vengeance Points

When you can't check your vengeance points, decide what you want to spend by entering your upgrade menu. Work out exactly how you want to allocate them, as it often works out better to spread them out evenly at the start.

Upgrading the same attributes repeatedly becomes increasingly costly, so spreading them equally is the best strategy at early levels. However, it ultimately depends on what you're going for with your build.
