At the start of the chapter, you'll automatically get your hands on two story-related artifacts: the Thank You Card from Mel and Owen's Drawing of Abby. These items are part of the story and cannot be missed.

In the park, the Zoo Holiday Brochure Artifact is on a bench in a gazebo to the right of the zoo entrance. This collectible is easily accessible and hard to overlook.

After you use a glass bottle to smash a window and climb through, you will find the Virginia Coin in the bin that needs to be moved. This coin is story-related and cannot be missed.
