Cyberpunk 2077 Won't Launch on Stadia Alongside Console and PC Releases

Google Stadia has been struggling since its launch. Recently, implementing a negatively received console exclusive deal for Serious Sam 4 and now the platform won't be getting Cyberpunk 2077 at launch.

In a press release posted by IGN from CD Projekt RED, the developer confirmed that Stadia will not get the game on the launch date of September 17th. 

In a press release discussing the upcoming advertising campaign for Cyberpunk 2077, the developer states “Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on 17 September 2020 for the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. By the end of the year the game will also make its debut on Google Stadia.”

This is a huge blow to Stadia since this title is one of the most anticipated games of this generation. 

Cyberpunk 2077 launches on September 17th for PS4, PC, and Xbox One. It'll come to next-gen consoles at a late date.
