2015 Sonic Multiplatform Game is Incorrect

The recent information about the next Sonic game going multiplatform has been dismissed by Sega. "The recent information coming out of Nuremburg Toy Fair was incorrect," said Community Manager Kellie Parker. Parker went on to convey no information about the next Sonic the Hedgehog game, but hinted that another title is in development.

Last year Nintendo and Sega entered an exclusive partnership for the next three Sonic the Hedgehog games. Currently Sonic: Lost World and Mario and Sonic: Olympus have been confirmed, but the third game has not.
