Sony Celebrates 500 Million PlayStation Consoles Sold with a Beautiful Special Edition Translucent PS4 Pro

Since its launch, the PlayStation console has dominated the gaming industry with each new console. Sony has now confirmed the over 500 million PlayStation consoles across multiple generations have been sold, and in celebration, there's a special edition PS4 Pro coming.

The console features a beautiful blue translucent shell with a blue tint, a commemorative copper plate, and PS4 logo, and a controller to match. Each system will be numbered and include a PS4 camera which shares the same design. Best of all the console will feature a 2TB hard drive.

The controller will be sold separately and a Limited Edition Gold Wireless Headset is set to launch as well.

Only 50,000 consoles will be created with details coming August 24th of how to purchase one.
