Gris Is A Beautiful Platformer Launching On PC And Switch At The End Of The Year

Publisher Devolver Digital has announced Gris, an absolutely gorgeous platformer, will launch on PC and Nintendo Switch this December. Developed by Nomada Studio, it tells the story of a girl lost in her own world as she copes with a painful experience. "Her journey through sorrow is manifested in her dress, which grants new abilities to better navigate her faded reality. As the story unfolds, Gris will grow emotionally and see her world in a different way, revealing new paths to explore using her new abilities."

According to the title's Steam page, we should expect "a serene and evocative experience, free of danger, frustration or death." with light puzzles and optional skill-based challenges. Its reveal trailer is quite possibly the most beautiful trailler I've seen this year. Conrad Roset is responsible for the art, while Berlinist composed the music. Gris is set to release this December on PC and Switch.
