Call of Duty: WWII The Blitzkrieg Community Event Officially Revealed

Sledgehammer Games teased a future Call of Duty: WWII event and now it has been confirmed. The Blitzkrieg Community Event will add new content and last until May 8th.

A new map called HQ has been added for free. The map has its own playlist for Gun Game and Prop Hunt matches.

Players will have access to 6 new weapons; the 4-round burst ITRA Burst rifle, the semi-auto Type 5 rifle, the full-auto M2 Carbine rifle, the Sterling SMG, the bolt action Type 38 sniper rifle, and the Baseball bat melee. All these weapons can obtainable through supply drops but the ITRA Burst, Sterling, and Baseball bat can be earned through weapon collections.

Call of Duty: WWII is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
