Dead Space Creator Reveals New Game, The Callisto Protocol

Dead Space died an unceremonious death with Dead Space 3. With a cryptic ending and a game teeming with microtransactions then Visceral Games was closed ending the series on a cliffhanger but not the minds behind the series. Glen Schofield who created the series started a new studio and unveiled a new project that has many excited.

Called The Callisto Protocol we were shown a planetary prison and what appears to be an infection. With a prisoner seemingly infected by this mutate alien tentacle monster while a guard is watching.

No release date was provided but it's set for a 2022 release and Schofield stated "Our goal is to make the single scariest game".
