Dishonored 2 Reviews Mixed on PC, Fans Complaining of Performance Issues

I reviewed Dishonored 2 for the Xbox One and gave it an 88/100, stating that the game is an exceptional sequel to the 2012 original game. However, the PC gamers on Steam are telling a different story.

The reviews are mostly positive regarding the game's gameplay and choice system but many gamers are criticising Bethesda and Arkane Studios for delivering a poorly performed game. Many reviews are stating that the game feels sluggish despite running at 60 frames-per-second and lag. 

The console crowd doesn't seem to be having the same issues, though, perhaps this version of the game needed some more work.
