Kalypso Media Announces Third Internal Studio Working On Next Gen Commandos Game

Kalypso Media Group has announced the founding of its third internal development studio. Currently unnamed, the studio will focus on developing a next gen Commandos title. Former Studio manager at Sunflowers and Managing Director of Games Distillery Jürgen Reußwig was appointed as Studio Director.

"At the new site we’ll be looking to develop a truly worthy successor to Commandos, designed for both PC and console platforms for simultaneous worldwide release. On a personal level, I couldn’t be prouder to be working on a true icon of strategy gaming, and I’m looking forward to receiving applications from new and experienced developers alike that share our passion for the series.", Reußwig said.

The studio is currently recruiting, its name and location being slated for reveal soon.
