New Tony Hawk Game Leaked By Pro Skateboarder

During the 1990s the Tony Hawk Game Pro Skateboarder games were one of the most popular spots titles available. The series started to take a downward spiral after the fourth game and eventually cratered with the recent releases. A rumored game has been spreading across the internet and according to pro skateboarder Jason Dill, a new game is coming soon.

The recent leak of Tony Hawk: Alcatraz did have a release date of 2020 so it could be this game. However, given the track record of the franchise perhaps its time to retire the series. 

The franchise's last big installment, Tony Hawk Pro Skateboarder 5, released when the license was about to expire between Tony Hawk and Activision. It was a disaster and regarded as one of the worst games ever made, with enormous amounts of bugs, glitches, control issues, and bland game design. The most recent installment, Tony Hawks' Skate Jam, released on mobile to mediocre reception but not enough to generate interest in the series again.
