A guide on how to find all the collectibles in Chapter 6 of Dead Space Remake.

Chapter 6 of Dead Space Remake contains a great abundance of collectibles, including logs, schematics, and upgrades of the weapons and nodes. This guide includes every last collectible and guarantees that you will not miss anything significant.
Scan Tissue Sample
If you've gathered the collectibles during the 5th chapter, at the start of the 6th chapter, you will be granted a tissue sample of the Frozen Brute. This will trigger the Scan Tissue Samples side quest. First of all, play the diary and trigger this quest. You will be given a yellow quest mark that will steer you toward the goals.
This quest involves returning and completing two independent missions and returning once more to the Cryogenic Chamber. After the two missions are fulfilled, follow the main quest line.
Tram Maintenance and Nodes
After accomplishing the tissue sample side quest, move toward the vicinity of the area of the Tram Maintenance and proceed with the main quest. You will be able to spot a node at the intersection of a corridor that will need to be gathered prior to approaching the tram station.
Take the tram to the Hangar Cargo Tram Control Station and ride it to a different part of the station. One of the nodes lies behind a Security Clearance Level 1 door. Make the fog-filled corridor and use stasis to keep an ajar door slightly ajar and clear the Necromorphs inside it. Clear the room, proceed through the door, and take the node.
Hydroponics & Cross's Log #1
Follow the directions that will lead you toward the Hydroponics Tram Station. Cross's Log #1 will be found just behind the door at the start of the long corridor.
Choice-Based Logs
At this point, a fateful decision dictates the log you will receive. If you move toward the machine and take the enzymes, you will receive the "Go to the Food Storage" log. If you ignore the machine, move to the next corridor, and receive a turnaround, you will receive the "Inject the Wheezers" log.
Unfortunately, you will be limited to receiving just one of these logs per play-through. You will need to play the game in New Game Plus if you need them both. Those seeking the trophies will note that not all the logs need to be collected for 100% completion.
Weapon Upgrade: Angle Launcher
After making the correct choice, head toward the Flow Control and retrieve the Angled Launcher, an improvement of the Ripper gun. You can find it in the room immediately to the left.
Cross's Log #2
Follow the major marker westward into the westward-open room and the large room that becomes known as the West Grow Chamber. Cross's Log #2 will be against the rear of the room and will be marked with a mailing icon that will be readily seen and identified.
Weapon: Force Gun
The Force Gun, the last of the game's array of arms, lies within easy reach. Exit the West Grow Chamber, travel left, and proceed straight into a room. Within it lies the Force Gun sitting atop a desk. Its acquisition unlocks the associated trophy.
Missing Log - Use the Enzyme
In the room across the hall, there is a log labeled "Use the Enzyme." To obtain it, approach the afflicted plant and activate the enzyme by pressing X. However, if you shoot the plant first, the log will not be recorded, rendering it unusable.
Log - Corruption
Next, go to the third floor of the West Grow Chamber. You will proceed through the door, which will allow you to discover a desk with the "Corruption" log placed atop it.
Refrigeration Towers and Nodes
From the west side of the Growth Chamber, move forward toward the Refrigeration Tower. You will see yet another node once inside. Navigate through doors and halls until you arrive at the terminal node at the end of them.
Quest Item: Holt's Scaffolding
The East Growth Chamber has Holt's Rig, which the player will be required to use during the quest. To access it, you need to destroy three weak spots on an infected plant. Clearing the growth will reveal the path leading to the quest item.
First Floor Node and The Brute Fight
After acquiring Holt's Rig, proceed to the ground floor elevator next to it. You will be facing a Brute enemy there. After defeating the Brute, it will yield a node.
Cross's Log #3
Later in this chapter, you will be instructed on how to fly. Once you finish the flying tutorial, fly and proceed to the top of the zone and cross Cross's Log #3 at an enzyme disperse spot.
Air Filter Node and Tower
Proceed from the top of the last room toward the Air Filtration Tower. You will need to clear an attack sequence in order to enter. Within the tower, a node lies immediately in front of you.
Schematic: Force Energy
There is a Force Energy schematic within easy proximity. Access it by slowing an approaching barricade with stasis and moving through the small red-lit door. A tentacle enemy will be in the room, and the schematic will be located with it.
Log - Technical Manual Last Node
Proceed to the Annex Control Room in the latter part of the chapter. Access it by descending a ladder and solving a fire puzzle trap. Once past the barricade, take the elevator to the control center.
Within the room will be two treasures: a node against the right-hand wall and a Technical Manual log against the left floor.
